As chairman and co-founder of CMC Mortgage Services, Inc., Bill
oversees the strategic planning and development of new business
opportunities. His career spans over thirty-six years in the
mortgage banking business. Over this time period, he has been
involved in over one billion dollars of HUD insured loans. In
the early 1970s, he was designated to head up Operation Rehab
for the City of Cincinnati and worked with the HUD in Washington
to develop a national program. Over his career, he has been
responsible for loan origination, underwriting and processing
loans throughout the various HUD offices from Boston to Los
Angeles and many offices in between.
He is active in several charitable organizations. He serves
as a member of the Building and Capital Committee of the
Board of Trustees of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital
Medical Center.

Robert W. Jorden,
President and Co-founder
|
As president and co-founder of CMC Mortgage Services, Inc.,
Bob is responsible for the day-to-day operations, including
investor relations, loan closings, servicing and placement of
mortgage debt. He is one of the firm's HUD approved MAP underwriters.
Since 1971, he has been involved in all aspects of mortgage
banking operations.
He has been active in the local and state mortgage bankers'
associations, where he has held several positions. In addition
he has been very active in a number of community and charitable
organizations.

Martin L. Ackerman, Executive Vice President
|
Marty is responsible for the origination and processing
of HUD insured mortgage loans. He has been active in
the mortgage banking business for over thirty-two years.
His duties include originating loans and working with
various correspondents.
He is one of the firm's HUD-approved MAP underwriters.
During his career, he has been involved with originating,
processing and securing in excess of $750 million in
HUD firm commitments.
He is very active in several community activities.
He is currently Chairman of Excel Development Corporation
(a not-for-profit development group).

John C. Jorden , Executive Vice President
|
John has been involved in numerous aspects
of the mortgage banking operations since 1988. He has
been instrumental in the development of our internal systems,
including loan processing and servicing. Over the last
several years, he has developed a single-family operation
in an affiliated company.

Barry S. Weinstein, Vice President
|
Barry is the newest member of the management team, joining
CMC in 2002. Prior to joining CMC, he worked for 24 years
at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, a 340-bed
academic pediatric care referral center in Cincinnati.
He served seven years as vice president and chief financial
officer and seventeen years as executive vice president
and chief operating officer. He also worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers
LLP in the Cincinnati Office for nine years. He
is a CPA, a Fellow in the Healthcare Financial Management
Association and a Diplomate in the American College
of Healthcare Executives. He is a member of the Board
of Trustees and treasurer of the Ronald McDonald House
Charities, and an affiliated faculty member at Xavier
University (Cincinnati, Ohio) in the Department of Health
Services Administration. In addition he is very active
in numerous healthcare, accounting, community and charitable
organizations.
